2007-2008 Essay Contest
"What person has changed the world the most in
the
last 250 years?"
That was the topic for the
third annual Goodlark Essay Contest and we received many
interesting answers to our question from eleventh graders
all over our three county area. Ultimately, the first
place winner was Andrea Hobson from McEwen High School for
her essay on James Watson and Francis Crick, the discoverers
of DNA. Andrea wins a $1,000 scholarship to the
college of her choice.
